This project was completed through our sister company Industry Audio Visual, which has been in operation for 15+ years; and in collaboration with Hunt Collaborative in Sydney, NSW.
Situated in Double Bay within Sydney's Eastern Suburbs on an elevated parcel of land, this project was a remarkable engineering achievement and was showcased on Amazon Prime’s Luxe Listings Sydney (Season 2, Episode 6) with sales agent Gavin Rubinstein.
Spanning six levels down the mountainside with ceiling heights ranging from 3.5m to 5m, the grandeur of this home can truly be appreciated when experienced firsthand.

Constructed entirely from concrete, with exposed concrete ceilings and walls, not a sheet of gyprock was used in the entire home. The finishes and fixtures exuded absolute luxury and quality, with internal walls adorned with walnut timber veneer and featuring recessed iPad docks, power points, and light switches.
The project utilised Savant to integrate all systems in the home. Our scope for this project included the design, supply, installation, and integration of:

Savant IP audio with 18 zones of audio using Sonance speakers throughout the home, including bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, and outdoors.

Savant IP Intercom system with cloud-based answering, access control, notifications, and event playback.

All electrical automation using Clipsal CBus, including lights, blinds, and fans.

DALI addressable lighting for all track lighting fixtures, feature lighting, and LED strips.

Recessed power and lighting points throughout using ZETR, incorporating CBus buttons.

All security and access control using Ness Security products.

Complete property surveillance using Hikvision IP CCTV.

HVAC control using Cool Automation with 10 individually controlled heating and cooling zones.

Ubiquiti UniFi Network using Unifi WiFi access points throughout.

LG OLED TVs and Samsung Frame TVs installed strategically throughout the residence.

Savant control incorporates recessed iPad docks throughout, utilizing iPort.
