This project was completed through our sister company Industry Audio Visual, which has been in operation for 15+ years; and in collaboration with SQ Projects in Sydney, NSW.

 

Nestled in Mosman within Sydney’s Lower North Shore, on one of the most coveted parcels of land along Sydney Harbour, complete with a private beach, the project involved extensive demolition and rebuild.

With a comprehensive house rewire, we delivered a fully integrated home management solution that allows our client to control their home from anywhere in the world, utilizing Savant as the single control platform.

Our scope for this project included supply, installation, and integration of:

• Savant IP audio with 13 zones of audio using Sonance speakers throughout the home, including bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, and outdoors.

• Savant IP Intercom system on multiple entrances with cloud-based answering, access control, notifications, and event playback.

• All electrical automation using Clipsal CBus, including lights, blinds, and fans, along with Clipsal CBus Zen light switches and eDLT’s.

• DALI addressable lighting for all downlights, feature lighting, and LED strips.

• All security and access control using Ness Security products with full perimeter monitoring/arming, electronically controlled perimeter doors, and back-to-base monitoring.

• Complete property surveillance using Hikvision CCTV with AI.

• HVAC control using Cool Automation with 10 individually controlled heating and cooling zones.

• Pool and Spa control using Pentair.

• Ubiquiti UniFi Network using Unifi WiFi access points throughout.

• Savant control incorporates handheld remotes, wall-fixed 8” touchscreens, iPad, and iPhone for seamless operation.
